Returns and Exchanges

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Please contact [email protected] or reply to your order email with details explaining your reason for return or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange or returns, your item must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor, fragrance, hair, lint, etc. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

EXCHANGES, If Applicable

After contacting our Orders Dept. you will receive a confirmation for exchange status. At this time please send your item to the address below and include your confirmation with your order number and email address letting us know the details of your exchange.

RETURNS, If Applicable

After contacting our Orders Dept. you will receive a confirmation for return status. At this time please send your item to the address below and include your confirmation with your order number and email address letting us know this is a return.

Please keep your tracking number. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. As long as it’s unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return to your card.
